By placing an order through the Max’s Paws website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancellation

We’re happy to accept cancellations for orders within 24 hours of purchase. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you’ll get a full refund. Once your order is shipped and you receive a tracking number, cancellations are no longer possible.

7-Day Refund Policy Satisfaction

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can reach to us within 7 days from the date of receiving for a full refund. If you’re not completely satisfied, our customer service team is here to assist you. 

30-Day Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund . We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly offer a refund or resend. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to use.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we kindly request that all return requests be submitted within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds for orders exceeding this timeframe, with the exception of incorrectly shipped items. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Additionally, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be granted for products disliked by your canine companions. Due to the varied preferences of individual dogs, it is beyond our control whether they accept our offerings. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Resending

We only resend products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need us to resend an item please contact us at [email protected]

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on resending/refund.
